We are a team of NITK campus entrepreneurs building Bharath's first self-sustainable clubs — platforms that drive innovation, R&D, and student-led entrepreneurship.
At Changepay, we go beyond typical student startups. We bring real company-running experienceto campus clubs — enabling students to learn, build, and earn, while we handle all legal and government accountability.
Our mission is to create commerce sandbox environments inside campuses, where students can experiment, build revenue-ready products, and shape Bharath's next generation of innovators.
🚀 The Founder's Journey
Over 8 years of relentless campus innovation — from a college dorm idea to building Bharath's first network of student-led commerce ecosystems.
2017 — The Beginning
Started as a college project at NITK to solve campus payment problems. We piloted Bharath's first IVR-based payment system, experimenting with biometric and face recognition payments long before they were mainstream.
2019 — The First Campus
Launched our first campus platform with 500+ daily users — introducing Bharath's first true contactless delivery system using IoT Smart Food Lockers. That's where we discovered the power of student communities.
2020–2022 — The Pause & Pivot
The pandemic hit, but it didn't stop us. By 2022, we realized something powerful — students didn't just want to use products, they wanted to build them.
2024 — Expanding Horizons
We deepened our research on innovation-driven campus clubs and scaled to more colleges across Bharath. This year, we also introduced a scanner-based locker system that eliminated the need for delivery apps — reducing the stress of constant screen monitoring.
2025 — The Network
Launched Changepay Clubs — student-led innovation ecosystems creating real-world, revenue-generating products such as smart printers and IoT lockers. Today, our network spans 10+ colleges and continues to grow with limitless possibilities.
